Return Policy
At SUQRE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request for an exchange within 14 days starting from the day of your order being successfully delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Once you receive the authorization, you may send the item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges.
Once we receive the returned item, we will exchange the item based on your preference. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.
